About WarpLuxe

WarpLuxe is an independent art studio based in California, United States. These terms describe purchases and use of our online store, printed posters and digital artwork.

Products and orders

Product pages identify whether you are purchasing a physical poster or a digital download, the available sizes or file dimensions, and the price. Please review the format, size, orientation and order details before completing checkout. Provide an accurate email address and, for physical orders, a complete shipping address.

Prices, applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Colors may vary between screens and printed products. Poster frames are not included unless a product listing expressly says otherwise.

Printed posters and shipping

Posters are printed to order and shipped by our print partner. Production and delivery estimates, tracking, shipping costs and destination information are described in our Shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Digital downloads and personal use

Digital products are delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped. Available files and dimensions are listed on the product page. Access is provided after payment is confirmed.

Digital artwork is offered for personal display, wallpapers and printing. A digital purchase does not include permission to resell or share downloadable files, sell prints or merchandise, or use the artwork commercially. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Printed posters and digital downloads have different return and cancellation rules. Our Return and refund policy explains damaged or incorrect products, lost packages, cancellations, download problems and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

Use of the store

Use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit misleading order information. Purchasing artwork does not transfer ownership of the artwork or grant rights beyond the permissions stated for your purchase.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms for future purchases and will show the revised date on this page.
