WarpLuxe sells two kinds of product: printed posters, which are shipped to you, and digital artwork, which is delivered as a download. This page covers both.
Posters
Printed to order. Every poster is printed for your order by our print partner on museum-quality matte paper, then packed in protective packaging and shipped straight to you. Production takes 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery time. After your poster ships, delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Delivery to other countries typically takes 5 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and local customs. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you order more than one poster, they may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping cost. Shipping is a flat rate that depends on poster size and destination. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. All rates below are in US dollars (USD). Current rates start at:
- United States: $4.99 for smaller posters, $7.99 for larger posters
- Canada: from $5.69
- United Kingdom and Europe: from $5.79
- Japan: from $6.49
- Australia and New Zealand: from $6.69
- Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein: from $10.49
- Brazil: from $11.99
Orders combining different poster sizes may have combined shipping charges. The final total is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship. We ship posters to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Brazil. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.
Customs and import taxes. Orders shipped across a border may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address problems. Please check your shipping address before you pay. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or the package was not collected, we will contact you and can send it again once the new shipping cost is paid.
Missing packages. If tracking shows your order as delivered and you cannot find it, or it has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, email hello@warpluxe.com with your order number and we will look into it.
Digital artwork
Digital products are downloads. Nothing is shipped, so there is no shipping charge, carrier or tracking number for them.
After checkout, files are delivered through a download link on the order confirmation page and by email to the address entered at checkout. Delivery usually begins shortly after payment is confirmed. Check your spam folder if the message is missing.
If a link is missing, expired or does not work, email hello@warpluxe.com with your order number. We aim to respond within two business days.
Orders with both
If your order contains posters and digital artwork, the downloads are delivered right away and the posters follow by mail.
